The team at Bridal Brilliance were so lovely and helpful during my appointment with them. The store itself is big enough for multiple parties to try on a dresses at once without feeling you’re in eachothers space. Ciara was the one who was helping me and she was very very pleasant to work with. One of my bridesmaids is extremely opinionated but Ciara made sure that I was really thinking about my own opinion in too which I appreciated, it showed she cared about how I truly felt in each dress. I ended up saying yes to a dress from here and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result! I highly recommend coming here first before trying other places. Thank you again guys, so grateful for everything!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Brilliance. Kelly was so helpful and supportive. Trying on the dresses was so much fun for myself and my support crew. What luck that the first dress I tried on was the one! Can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Perfect spot in East Auckland with onsite parking, which makes it a breeze for you and your support crew to get into an appointment!I highly recommended (if your budget allows) booking the VIP experience, this provides you with your own private room upstairs (the one I did) or area downstairs ($10 cheaper than the upstairs one). This allows your own private space with no bystanders watching, as well as the availability of more support crew in comparison to the standard consultations. Drinks for all the crew were included in this consult, too, which was lovely!The range of dresses here is great, I tried on several different styles and found my dress, which everyone loved! The range of dresses and prices were affordable too in comparison to other stores I saw for similar dresses. Payment, communication, and pick up were super easy.I went back in after buying, before my dress was available for pick up, to try on their jackets, as the wedding was in the South Island, and popping in was no problem at all!Would highly recommend and will be to any friends in the future. Thank you!

Bridal Brilliance has such friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find my wedding dress. I have tried on multiple dresses and was treated with so much respect and patience. Thank you for being flexible and helping me pick out my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. We had one dress that didn't fit one bridesmaid and Belinda was happy to exchange if it didn't fit.
