How much is the consultation fee?
We offer several consultation options depending on the experience you would like:
Standard
Wedding Dress Consultation – $50 (approx 1.5 hours)
A personalised consultation with one of our bridal stylists who will help you find the perfect dress based on your preferences, style and body shape.
Includes trying on dresses from our main collections as well as our Sample Sale gowns.
VIP Private Room
Wedding Dress Consultation – $150 (approx 2 hours)
Enjoy a luxurious private bridal consultation in your own exclusive space. Perfect for larger bridal groups.
Includes:
- Trying on dresses from our main collections
- Access to Sample Sale gowns
- A bottle of bubbles
- Light nibbles
- A fully private experience with your friends and family
VIP Experience
Wedding Dress Consultation – $140 (approx 2 hours)
This VIP experience takes place in our exclusive private room and includes a complimentary glass of bubbles, light refreshments, and access to our full range of gowns including Sample Sale gowns.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on wedding dresses?
Yes – visits to our bridal shop in Auckland are by appointment only, ensuring personalised attention and dedicated consultation time with one of our experienced stylists.
I have just booked a consultation. Is there anything I should do before my appointment?
It’s helpful to come prepared with a few inspiration photos if you have them. We also recommend thinking about your preferred price range. This helps our bridal consultants guide you toward dresses that suit your style, vision and budget.

Can I bring friends and family to my appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring friends and family to share the experience with you.
Standard consultations allow up to 3–5 guests.
VIP appointments allow up to 5-8 guests.
Can I try a dress on before purchasing it?
Yes. During your consultation you will be able to try on a selection of gowns from our main showroom and also our sample sale room.
Are wedding dress consultations in Auckland free?
Consultations are available by appointment and have an assosiated cost, depending on the different experience levels, from standard try-on appointments to private VIP experiences – designed to make your bridal shopping journey relaxed and memorable. Absolutely! Many of our gowns are ready-to-wear, meaning you can choose your dream dress and take it home the same day without long wait times.
Do you offer online ordering for wedding dresses in New Zealand?
Yes – if you aren't local to Auckland, you can browse and order wedding dresses online NZ-wide through our website.
How can I purchase a dress?

We stock a wide range of designer wedding dresses in different styles including boho, classic, contemporary, garden, princess, beach and plus-size gowns. You can try dresses in our Auckland showroom by appointment or shop online
What sizes are available for wedding dresses in your Auckland boutique?
Our gowns vary depending on the designer, but we generally stock dresses ranging from size 4 to size 32. We also offer customs sizing, at an additional cost in your measurements.
We offer an extensive size range including plus sizes from 18 – 32, with in-store samples available so you can try on dresses and find the perfect fit. We can also recommend a seamstress close to you to get any alterations made.
Is your sizing based on street sizing or label sizing?
Bridal sizing can differ slightly from regular clothing sizes and may vary between designers. Our consultants will help you determine the correct size when ordering.
Have any of your dresses been previously altered?
No. Our gowns have not been altered and come directly from the designer.
Do you offer wedding dress hire or rental options?
Yes, some of our wedding gowns are available for hire/rental, depending on the style. This is offered on a case-by-case scenario, as we try avoid too many alterations on a hired gown.
We recommend visiting us in store to discuss available options. Many brides also find great value in our Sample Sale gowns, which are often priced similarly to rental options.

Yes, you can add permanent or detachable sleeves or straps to many of our gowns.
We have a variety of sleeves and strap options available in store that you can try on during your consultation to see what suits your dress and overall look best.
Our recommended wedding dress seamstresses can then professionally add these to your gown during the alteration process to ensure they match the style and fit perfectly.
What if I lose or gain weight after ordering my dress?
This is very common question. Your dress will be altered closer to your wedding date to ensure it fits your body perfectly.
Can I take photos during my appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos so you can remember the gowns you loved and share them with family or friends, just bare in mind the phone photos won’t do your chosen gown any justice, its how you felt in it on the day you said ‘yes’ to your dress!
What if I find my dress during my appointment?
Congratulations! Once you have chosen your dress, we will take your measurements and place the order with the designer or arrange for you to take your gown home if it is an off-the-rack sample.
