Shipping policy
New Zealand Delivery
We ship to all addresses across New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Rural delivery: allow an additional 2–3 business days
- Orders dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
Sale & Ready-to-Ship Gowns
Sale and ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once shipped.
Made-to-Order Gowns
All made-to-order wedding dresses are produced specifically for you and require the following lead times:
- Standard orders: approximately 5 months from order confirmation
- Rush orders: 3–4 months from order confirmation — surcharge from $200 applies
Lead times are estimates and may vary. We will confirm your expected delivery date at the time of order and keep you updated throughout the process.
Accessories & Veils
Accessories including veils, sleeves, capes, and hair pieces require approximately 3 months turnaround from order confirmation.
Wedding Dress Hire
Hired gowns must be returned within 1 week of your wedding date to allow for dry-cleaning. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
International Shipping
We primarily ship within New Zealand. International customers are welcome to contact us at info@bridalbrilliance.co.nz to discuss shipping options.
