Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Bridal Brilliance. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Bridal Gowns – Ready to Wear

An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days (NZ/Australia) or 21 days (overseas). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Bridal Gowns – Pre-Order Gowns

An exchange or credit note is available within 7 days of receiving your Pre-Order gown. Same return conditions and timelines as Ready to Wear apply.

Online Sale

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on online sale items. Any alterations, cleaning, or repairs are at your own expense.

Accessories

Exchanges, store credits, or refunds accepted within 30 days, excluding earrings. Return shipping at customer's expense. No change-of-mind returns on pierced earrings.

Refunds

All returned items undergo quality control. Refunds are only offered in cases of major manufacturing faults as determined by our Quality Control Manager. Bridal Brilliance reserves the right to refuse a refund if the fault is not reported within 7 days of receipt.

Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Made-to-Order Lead Times

  • Standard: approximately 5 months from order confirmation
  • Rush orders: from $200, turnaround 3–4 months
  • Accessories and veils: approximately 3 months
  • Deposits on made-to-order gowns are non-refundable once production has commenced
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary

Wedding Dress Hire

Hired gowns must be returned within 1 week of your wedding date. The gown must be returned in the same condition it was hired. Any damage beyond normal wear may incur additional charges.

Appointments

Bridal appointments are offered complimentary. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Bridal Brilliance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
